"When I ran for president for the Democratic nomination in 2016, I talked about a broken criminal justice system, which ends up having in the United States more people in jail than any other country," Sanders told Rogan. “When we talk about criminal justice in America, we have over two million people in jail. They are disproportionately African America, Latino, and Native American. In the wealthiest country in the history of the world, what we have to do instead of building more jails and locking up more people, we really have to invest in our young people. Especially young people in distressed communities.”

This is probably one of the best interviews Bernie has ever done, it was great to see him just openly and easily talk about the issues with no time constraints. I would not be surprised if this ends up being one of Joe Rogan's highest viewed videos, just looking through the comments of the video you can see many people were very impressed and agreed with everything Bernie was saying. Some people were actually amazed at how common sense everything Bernie wants to do as president is, because they were constantly being lied to by the mainstream media about how Bernie is a left wing fanatic. An absolute lie the oligarchy wants everyone to believe. Bernie has been fighting for the people his entire life and there is no one else running for president that deserves it more than him.
