What the f*** is going on in America these days?

In the video above, as I clicked through to random parts, I noticed 2 glaring oddities:

#1: A man with a sweater that reads "Standing for Free Speech Without Threat of Violence" is literally punching people in an alley, chasing them down, and I am pretty sure he punches down a woman at one point.

#2: Shortly after that, one of the "Anarchists" wearing all black, encourages the other group to "call the authorities"...why da fuq is an "Anarchist" endorsing the government costumed goons?

Did I miss something or did everything flip on it's head?
