A decentralized blockchain for voting procedures would be a good one, maybe hold a referendum on every major decision and have the populace vote via blockchain, that way our leaders can cock up less. We can have one running in 3 years and have a government adopt it, but that's just one small step on to the next one in the path to greater democracy and decentralization.
