Wow,his was a good read, as it hit home for me.

Its not fair for these laws to be passed and not support the young mothers bring up their children e.g free health care, more food stamps and all.

But since the state has failed in that sense, i would suggest more on education of prevention of unwanted pregnancies. Eg

1. educate the masses on birth control and safe sex options.

2)make the options very cheap, if possible free. For example if they encourage the use of condoms, they should have free supply of condoms in public places , so that people dont have lame excuses of "oh, it was too late to get on a condom".
That and many more preventive measures can be carried out.
After all, prevention is always better.
