The Philippine Government has no balls to defend it's own territory

The last time I’ve heard, we won the arbitration on our territories. But I wonder why even if the whole wide world agrees that we own the Scarborough Shoal, our administration seems to allow China to intimidate us in our own territory? Day to day constructions of the Chinese government on our OWN land. I repeat, our OWN LAND! Leaving Filipino fishermen shooed away.

The administration has continually been denying that they have not sold the islands nor do they let other people exploit out natural resources. But, how true is the things that they say when in reality, China has already been building its base in the Shoal? How can you trust a government who has been continually lying to you?
