I guess that depends on what you consider a leader. When you look at a boss vs a leader, or the leader of the football team, etc. Sometimes they are elected to lead, sometimes they just have the right character and everyone allows them to take that role. We do Elect our Leaders(representatives), and they are role models. They lead this country through making laws, treaties, etc.
