That is like saying Christianity is a terrorist organization because a minor portion of it is fanatical to the point of engaging in violence to enforce their beliefs. Black lives matter is a movement with the goal of pointing out that as it stands the system currently acts as though they don't matter. There are some extremist elements but like any major grouping of ppl, this is not a reflection of the entire group.
