Dissolving the whole government is a bit much, but multiple reforms like limiting party size and influence, a corporate donations ban and a restructuring of the whole legislative so that the houses look more like European parliaments with many different small parties rather than the 2 big too fail parties also a reform to the judicial system wouldn't be bad either.
