Why do you actually think this is going to happen right now. What's your reasoning? I could say, "it's possible World War 3 will break out before November because other world wars have happened in the past," in order to actually make an argument, I'd site factors making WorldWar more likely. The Romans used to have criminals executed by lions, this doesn't mean I'll get to watch criminals being thrown to lions on ESPN tomorrow.
Maybe we are already in World War 3 and they haven't called it that yet. The world is at war right now.
