Optics of the Left / Right Paradigm and Illusions aka Wizardry

What do WE do with our young people? We send our countryman all around the world to get involved in wars and to tell these countries (usually oil/mineral/etc rich) that they MUST for a Democracy and then have democratic elections. But here at home, we don’t have true Democracy. We have a monopoly of ideas that is controlled by the leaders of two parties. And they call it two parties, but it’s really one philosophy.

Optics/Illusions 101: let's have a two party government so you must choose one or the other, and yell at your neighbor for choosing differently. Yes, ideologies of these "tribes" are vastly different, but who can contest they are getting even farther separated? This is all part of the design.

Americans can fight to get rid of the monopoly of Republicans and Democrats or try to influence people with ideas and infiltrate both political parties. The identity politics game is boring and I am ready for a new one.

A free choice you say? Well, we'll see about that.
