RE: Monoculture for you, Multiculture for the rest of us. The different standards
It's a coincidence, but I just watched a documentary on how immigration has failed in Sweden. This is a difficult subject, for I believe peaceful people should be free to travel no matter where they are on the globe. Borders are just a way to control people.
However, the key word is peaceful. You're not peaceful? You don't respect equal rights under the law for all? You think women are property? Children too? Well, then we are going to have a problem.
We cannot depend on governments to protect us either.
As they did in Sweden, they won't care. They need more tax payers, and they need people afraid and dependent on government for protection.
This is also why I will never disarm. Come and be peaceful. Beware if you are not however. I will defend my culture, my love of individual liberty, with violence if all other means fail.

Yeah. I'm divided also. As you, I am a Libertarian, ancap and freedomlover. I like a lot of cultures, subcultures, food and travel. However, I hold dear certain values which are incompatible with certain people (for instance Islam and Nazis and orthodox Jews and Communists) I don't want to live near these people.
But as long as people decide that they want Government to control us, It is important that we show them where we stand.
Without Government there wouldnt be a problem with immigration. Only those who seek our values and would want to contribute would come. And we would welcome them.
With Government we have to fight against it, because our hard labour goes in the hands of a lot of people who just demand and dont want to contribute.
It's like neither the Governments nor the immigrants themselves understand how utterly degrading and violent it is that we have to work, pay taxes and then GIVE our money to these people who have no intention of working - just recieving. It is so humiliating and evil.
We are literally the SLAVES of third world people in our countries.
It will come to an end. I thought I read too that some refugee camps were burned down? This is one reason I respect the Russians by the way. They make it very clear that all are welcome, but you have to learn and respect their culture. If you do not, you are not welcome. You will not be accepted either. I know Latin America does the same thing too. Unless you live by their standards, they will never welcome you.
America used to have a similar culture built on individual liberty. Those coming here who were against it were not welcome. Sure, you could stay, but good luck making a living, etc.
I forget exactly what I used to write about religion, but it is related to this topic. It was something like, "Freedom of religion is okay as long as the religion that protects that freedom remains in the majority." That's the problem with immigrating people who have a religion that does not support freedom of religion of course.
I will not change my beliefs to conform to theirs. They will not force their control system on to me. As I said in other places, I will use violence in defense of myself too if you try to use violence to force me into your bad cultural or religious systems.
With permission I will take the liberty of intervening in the conversation, since I found the subject interesting.
The truth is that migration should be completely banned or, in its absence, highly regulated, it seems to me that if there were freedom of transit, what would happen is that the socialists, once their country was economically destroyed, would go to live capitalist countries and then they would destroy them. Remember that in today's world, most people are socialists even if they do not declare themselves as such. They go to an economically prosperous country, and once they are there, they begin to demand a welfare state. Finally, I believe that people from the West and East, we are both in religion, cultural, economically, politically and socially incompatible.
That's why its too dangerous to have countries.
