No, girls do NOT have a right to an education (because NO ONE has a right to an education)
Every girl has the right to pursue an education. This is fundamental. She has the right to pursue that education without being harassed, bullied, assaulted, or in any way discouraged from pursuing that education. That is her right to liberty as a human being. But no, no one has a right to an education, because an education requires that someone else give time and effort in its pursuit. And that person should, first, agree to provide that education; and second, that person should receive whatever compensation they consider adequate.
Forcing someone to provide a service to someone else without consent is in violation of any number of human rights. You can't coerce someone to teach a girl without violating his or her human rights, just as you can't assault a girl for seeking an education without violating human rights. Basically, you don't have a right if it means FORCING someone to provide whatever it is you're seeking.
Maybe you think, ONE, that each girl deserves the PRIVILEGE of an education, but you can't call it a "right" to say that they should be provided an education by means of pointing a gun at a teacher. That's coercion, and that violates the human rights of other human beings.
