we had the same complete utter rubbish in the UK with the Tory's claiming use a pen to mark your ballots because they are changing your vote. it's sad to say this sort of scare story gets the ultra right wing out to vote, the Tory who spreading the lie we asked for his police crime reference number because he was such a good citizen he would naturally report this to the police, of course there is no reported incident, but the damage was done to the reputation of our good public servants who would never allow this in the first place.
