How to secure the US boarder, Change the 'War On Drugs', and Cleanly Power our country... All at once.

I'm going to keep this relatively brief as I know it is frustrating reading a long winded post.
2 Things about me:

1. I have grown up without money and worked my way into the 'middle class'. I have seen both sides of having and not having wealth.

2. I have been both a Conservative and a Liberal. They both have valid ideas (I now consider myself a Progressive Libertarian). I see both sides of their arguments.

Having this outlook on the world, coupled with my deep involvement with technology and the new decentralized economy we are helping build (crypto assets) - I think we need to change the way we look at government and politics.

We recently went though a government shutdown because of the issue of the issue of immigration. One side wants to secure our boarder and punish those in our country illegally, no matter if their status here was a result of their parents. The other wants to continue on the policies set in place by the Obama Administration.

Most people stand on one side or another. I propose that both sides have valid points and a compromise should be made. While we are at it, this compromise could power our country as well as crush the drug smuggling operation by the drug cartels.

Please read my plan below and let me know your thoughts. Pretty awesome that I can put this on a blockchain so when I run for president one day I can say I proposed this first. I have similar ideas like this on how I think we can fix the country and then ultimately the entire planet.

-The majority of drugs deemed illegal by the United States Government come into the country via the highly permeable US/Mexican border. This trend will continue until we adequately secure our border.

President Trump campaigned on the notion that a large physical wall needed to be erected to stop both illegal immigration and drug trafficking. He has been met with resistance from The Democratic party because of the theoretical impact on immigrants, both illegal and legal. This argument does have some basis, however, there is a solution that both sides can benefit from:

1. A 'wall' will be erected spanning the entire US/Mexican border. This wall will be equipped with a intricate network of sensors which can detect attempts to cross well in advance of the actual crossing. This allows the president to deliver on his campaign promise which he so dearly insists that he fulfill. I have helped design such sensors that can detect movement and direction. Technology is the answer to stopping illegal crossings.

2. All persons who have crossed the border illegally will have 90 days to register as US citizens. The US government has failed in its ability to keep its border locked down. Instead of rounding up people and forcing them out, it will be better to have them pay taxes and be accountable for any actions they may have done illegally.

3. The entire border wall will blanketed in solar panels. This will provide enough energy to power the entire United States without the need for any antiquated and environmentally destructive fossil fuel power plants. This lets the Republicans get their wall, and the rest of the country get clean, renewable energy. Power companies will pay for the energy and be allowed to connect it to their grids. They will resell the energy to America. The cost along with legislation will incentivise them to close their fossil fuel plants.

4. Immigration policies will be changed to allow for easier migration to The United States. These policies will focus on vetting of individuals and not discriminate on any person for color, creed, orientation, or origin from a "shithole" country.

5. Marijuana which is legal in ⅓ of the land area of the United States will be legalized nation wide and taxed by the US Government to drive revenue. The dangers of Marijuana when compared to that of a legal substance, alcohol are far less both from health and addiction standpoint. The legalization of Marijuana when coupled with the border wall will cripple the illegal drug trade from both the Mexican Drug cartels, as well as illicit sales in the United States.
