No Hillary, White Women Didn’t Decide Not to Vote For You Because Men Told Them Not to…

It wasn’t because of the Comey letter, it wasn’t because of “Russian Wikileaks,” and no matter how much you try and convince everyone that women are so easily manipulated, it certainly was not because men tricked them into thinking you were going to jail.

It was an ironic statement by Mrs. Clinton, who has claimed to support and empower women. However, she doesn’t believe that women are strong enough to stand up to the men in their life in order to make their own choices?

Unfortunately, Hillary isn’t alone in this demeaning belief. In fact it has become quite the trend.

The host of “Full Frontal,” Samantha Bee claims, “A majority of white women, faced with the choice between the first female president and a vial of weaponized testosterone, said, ‘I’ll take Option B. I just don’t like her.’"

An article by Joanne Bamberger, in the huffington post: titled, "White women it's time to get a clue... if it's not too late," starts by saying “Not all white women are clueless. But Trump’s victory proves that the majority of us are.”
(I would like to encourage Ms. Bamberger to speak for herself.)

She then states, “I’ve never understood the elections statistic that most married white women vote republican. Even if they were democrats before their wedding day, there’s apparently something about putting on that ring that turns their blue hearts to red.”

Her implication is: after white women get married, they lose all ability to think for themselves and are forced to succumb to the belief system of their husbands. Ladies, if this is true, we have to stop getting married. Stop it right now.

Bamberger claims that she never thought white girls would “play the high school card” in order to keep Hillary from the presidency.

“I know you hated the smart girl with glasses in high school who wanted to be on student council, go to college and make a difference in the world,” she says.

At least she is able to stay above the petty high school insults.

Then there's Tina fey with the super original celebrity perspective where she says, "A lot of this election was turned by white, college-educated women who now would maybe like to forget about this election and go back to watching HGTV,"

If only women could have used their break from watching HGTV to listen to Hillary supporters, instead of trying to win the approval of their oppressive husbands, they might have actually been lead to do something good with their tiny, easily manipulated brains.

I am not sure where these outspoken women learned persuasive speech or debate, but I can’t imagine that casting negative stereotypes and belittling an entire group of people has an effective outcome.

Why didn't these women think it was important to mention Hillary’s neo-conservative track record of supporting regime change, the Iraq war, the overthrow of Assad in Syria, or her leading role in the destruction of Libya? I will try and give them the benefit of the doubt. It’s possible that their husbands might have told them those things were lies..

In addition Clinton had some other baggage. She supported terrorist kidnapping school girls in Nigeria initially . She made cases to US government why they are not terrorist.

Good points. I like your thinking and I will make sure my 3 girls all read this.
As father of 3 girls I would like to encourage you to keep writing as these are all things that
need to be talked about.

Thank you!!! It definitely gets to me that the people who claim to support women the most are the same people putting them down!

It is so nice to see someone thinking about the candidate as an individual and not a party, a gender, a race or a religion. Weighing the merits of the individual as a human being and a leader is a lot harder than clutching at generic groupings. Well written and nicely thought out!
