APPARENTLY TRUMP ALSO HAS "A PEN AND A PHONE" (RULE BY EXECUTIVE ACTION IS NOT IDEAL, NO MATTER THE ISSUE)
For better or worse, hard to argue that Trump does not fight for the issues in which he believes. In a rational world, asking the citizenship question would be a no-brainer for a sovereign government. However, we would all benefit by achieving policy through lawful regulatory actions rather than executive fiat.
