Ten Reasons Why People Hate Donald Trump
.His relationship with Russia: The man has praised Putin who is pretty much a dictator. This uptalk has been seen on multiple occasions. It doesn't help that he has staff resigning because of inappropriate talks with Russian officials. This unhealthy relationship has many people worried. It doesn't just bother one side of people either. This is one of the few issues both the left and right believe is concerning.
.The grab them by the pussy video: Oh the infamous "locker room talk" video. This conversation with Billy Baldwin should have costed Trump the election. It's degrading to Women and America as a whole. Women should never be referred to in this manner especially by a presidential candidate. It's shocking that Trump still won the election after the release of this video.
.The Wall: The wall that is suppose to run across the Mexican and American border is an issue that worries people. It's seen as racist to do by many. In a country built by immigrants it seems outlandish to build a wall. He could've at least said they'd build a fence a wall sounds scarier. This will be such an expensive project and there are very high doubts that Mexico will pay for it.
.The Travel Ban: Also known as "The Muslim Ban". Trump decided to put a temporary ban on arrivals from several middle eastern countries. Protests have erupted in multiple places over this issue. People are worried this temporary ban will become permanent. Luckily the courts are making it difficult to follow through on the ban. Hopefully people are not separated from their families and too much pain isn't caused by this. Countries included in the travel ban are: Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Yemen, Libya, Somalia and Sudan.
.His Twitter Habits: Trumps twitter habits are just downright obnoxious. Posts on the account are hypocritical of each other, offensive, rude, racist, and just over the top. He's insulted several celebrities on multiple occasions on his twitter account. From Alec Baldwin to Meryl Streep no one is safe from Trumps twitter wrath. Especially news outlets that he constantly labels as fake news.
.His Privilege: This is not a man who started with nothing. His father pretty much handed him a real estate empire. This is not something many Americans can relate to. Yet he tries to play it off as he just accomplished the American dream when in reality it was given to him not earned. It's hard to relate to a man born a millionaire.
.His Narcissism: He's unable to admit when he's wrong and is obsessed with himself. His most notable narcissistic moment was at the CIA office in Langley. This speech in Langley Virginia somehow veered into the topic of crowd size. Trump constantly brags about things even if they're not true. This grandiose sense of self is quite frightening.
.How Uninformed He Is: Trump is the kind of person who speaks before he thinks. There have been many times where he has given his opinion on matters he knows little about. It's crazy for a president to be so confident about decisions he knows so little about. Hopefully Trump starts to develop some serious research habits or else this will be a long four years.
.His Unintelligent Supporters: Not all Trump supporters are bad or dumb people. Some people who support him simply can't afford another four years of democratic policies. However, some of his supporters are just weird. From KKK members to people who've never acknowledged politics before. There's a portion of Trump supporters who are just cancerous to the country. There's a lot of videos on the internet of Make American great again hat wearers punching minorities. The racist supporters are giving Trump and his other supporters a bad reputation.
.BECAUSE HE'S THE FUCKING PRESIDENT: People are still ashamed to have a reality star be president. Other than the writers of the Simpsons nobody in a million years could imagine Trump winning a presidential election. Going from the apprentice board room to the Oval Office is simply an outrageous change of pace. What do you think will come of his presidency?
