Talk about nonsense, Nicole Eggert may be in some trouble as she should be.
She claims she always knew due to statute of limitations he could not be charged, yet she put out into the public domain accusations that can't be substantiated. I am pretty sure that is slander or liable.
Now I am not against accountability or anything, far from it. But if she knew there was no chance of him being convicted or even charged due to time frame she had no business putting his name out there. You can't just say whatever you feel like about people and have there be no consequences.
