There is a way to do it in HTML. I use Gimp to make the actual image smaller.
Do you know the syntax for resizing on Steemit, I tried a few different ways but could not get it to work. I did need an image editor and Gimp is great, playing around with it
No, I don't. I never resize on Steemit.
