Republic of Texas Election!
The Texas Republic's National Election will be held Monday, September 4, 2017. In addition to electing members of the Congressional legislature there are other county positions open for candidates including senators, county representatives, county sheriffs, county chief justices and other positions. No the office of the President of the Republic is not open this time around, so you will have to wait a while longer. However, if you want to enjoy freedom and personal liberty under a government of the republic you will need to get involved and participate. We have no professional politicians in the government and that is certainly not a prerequisite for running for elected office. We want Texians to govern Texas and not be career office holders. We want them to hold office only for a limited time so that they can serve their nation and then return to their professional status serving the community while earning their living. DON'T DEPEND ON OTHERS TO WIN THE INDEPENDENCE FOR THE TEXAS REPUBLIC. If you do, it will likely not happen. So please consider seeking elected office in the Texas Republic. Assure that the legacy you leave for your family is not one of continued serfdom under the military rule by the US corporation.
The website is below, under forms, you will require an APPLICATION FOR GOVERNMENT ELECTED OFFICE and, should you not yet be a documented Texian an AFFIDAVIT AND DECLARATION AS A TEXIAN AMERICAN for your convenience to prepare and submit to our Secretary of State, Mr. Billy D. Ford. Please give this serious consideration. If you currently hold elected office in the RT thank you for your service. If your term expires in September, 2017, please be sure to resubmit your Application for Government Elected Office ASAP or email Mr. Ford that you are a candidate and will be forwarding your application.
I am also attaching a flyer for the September 9th Congression Session when the 21st Congress permanently adjourns and the 22nd Congress elected members of the House and the Senate are announced and seated.

Texas wouldn't be very smart to leave the U.S.
First, there would be a war. The American "corporation" is never going to let such a large territory slip away quietly.
Second, that same corporation would tank your economy, and convince it's allies not to trade with you.
It's a wonderful idea, but it wouldn't be pretty...
Texas never was part of the United States, but you are correct about the corporation, and Texas is actually under a military occupation by that corporation, but under their own international agreements they have to allow the people of Texas their own "political beliefs" and they cannot compel anybody to work for the government. The original Republic of Texas was actually put into abeyance (dormancy) in 1845 when Texas was alleged to have joined the union, and some people figured that out and brought it out of abeyance, and it is for that original Republic of Texas that the elections are for. There is a Texas Supreme Court case that the Texas Supreme Court turned away in the mid 1990's "for lack of jurisdiction", which is proof that they know that we are the lawful de jure government of Texas.
