Your Imagination Regime. What would it be like?

Imagine you have your own country, you are the head of state. How will you run it? Share your thoughts, please.

For me, it would be like a dictator regime like South Korea back in the Cold War with me, as a Head of State, having nearly all the power to control the Military while my Prime Minister will probably having the political power to run it.
But that is just my thoughts tho
