Already our President (E) Guaidó set a date for the entry of Humanitarian Aid to Venezuela on 02/23/19, however, Maduro with the endorsement of the High Military Command and his Ministers intend to prevent it by claiming that entry is illegal and that violates national sovereignty. That is why I must bring up the legal bases on which the entry of Humanitarian Aid is perfectly legal. First of all, I should mention numeral 11 of Art. 187 of our Constitution which states that it is for the National Assembly to authorize the use of Venezuelan military missions abroad or foreign in the country, which means that having authorized our legitimate AN the same It is perfectly legal.

In the modern phenomenon of the globalization of state relations and transnational crimes, as in the intervention of the media that have shown the world the atrocities committed by some regimes, groups, etc., and against which the world society can not be alien, since they are an affront to the dignity of the human race, a fact that by itself justifies an international intervention in
