Life of a Police in Pakistan

Hi friends ,it is my first post on steemit , i am a police man . Because of this today i want to discuss with you some important facts about police . First of all i want to tell you about most junior rank of Police. Constable is amost junior rank in Pakistan police,for the recruitment of constable in police your education should be equal to Matric. Your height would be about 5feet and 7 inches not less hight allowed in police for recruitment. Chest of constable in police should be 33 inches to 34/1/2inches .and then your running should be equal to 2meel in 7 minutes . After selection in police constable needs training so after recruitment constables went for training in training centre for nine months. During the training constables divided in different categories like some selected for elite force and some selected for traffic police and some in special police and ctd and some for local police. Most difficult life of a constabe is in local police .there is no timetable of duty. Duty of a constabe is 24 hours. No time table for sleep no timetable for eating food . Because of this many constables suffered in different deceased. The uniform for constable allotted is not in good quality. Now i want to tell you about intresting facts . In code word constable name is mazkoor . The weapons which is allotted to constables are small machine gun (SMG)Ruffle G3 and pistol like baretta and glock . The most intresting thing is that ,if a constabe lost his weapon then he would pay money i.e. the price of pistol bretta in Pakistan is about 2000 us dollars and price of SMG is 1000 us dollars. And if he lost bullets then he would pay money for bullets. And senior officers also gave punishment for this. Life of constable is very tuff. The vehicles used for petroling are very strange ,place for constables is very rough . If a criminal person run away from the custody of constabe .this is very strange thing happened only in Pakistan with constable,Constable put in jail in place of running prisoners with his uniform. and now i want to tell you about the details of duties for constable i.e. suntery mean duty on jail for protection of prisnors and petrolling all night or petroling on bikes .now the intresting thing how a constabe make money mean corruption . Durring petroling when he caught some one like thieves or other one he take money and giveup thieves with out any notice of senior officers. And some constables also collected mony from wine maker's and drugs dealer. Constable is a most strong pillar in police .Because of his small income he is involved in corruption,if senior officers gave fund with honesty then constables have no need to corruption. The new government in Pakistan is working for better life style of Police. When a constabe spent three year without majors punishment the he would able to sit in exams for promotion for the rank of head constable . For promotion he would pass the exams of namely "A"list and "B" list . After passing the examination they went for training for four months course name lower class course. In which case constables get higher standard of training.
Then he is promoted as head constable .
