There's no reason you can't but there is a lot of identity theft here. I left a comment on your facebook page. I'll edit my comment when I get a response. Are you posting as @travisanything too? Or just liked the article?
No, I'm not posting as anyone other than myself, this was my first posting and my first time on steemit, plus I just replied to your comment on my FB page. Are you an admin?
No, just a user trying to prevent abuse like identity theft. Thank you for taking the time to do this.
You might want to consider crossposting links. There is no way to show you have been "verified" in your post. It'll also generate more traffic for you in both places.
It's not simple or easy yet. Basically just make sure a link to each other site is in the post or comment section.
You might see "cheetah" bot around. As long as it is your article you can ignore him. He just makes the comment so that users are aware and manually check the post. If you decide to start posting in both places on the same day you can ask him to white list you in steemit.chat in the steemitabuse-appeals channel.
Thats my page and my article, so it is my own commentary, and I see no reason why I should not post it on here.

I knew twitter you could cross-post links, but since I'm new on here, I'm not sure how to do it yet.
