Im not sure i follow? It was only stated that he was "possibly" stealing stereos, i dont believe they were at all sure it was him. I agree with you on the property issue though, hands down, but not that its a capitol crime and in that, punishable without due process or any solid evidence other than these two officers word.
Respect for everyones life and property should be universal!

The credibility of our agencies are such that we should never just believe them. On that I totally agree on. Any attempt to hid evidence in my mind is proof of guilt. However the real solution to this problem is people getting with their local committee's of safety and putting forth the law. You can find your local committee of safety at nationallibertyalliance.org Freedom has never been free and unless you put forth the time and effort to know and put forth the law this kind of thing will continue to happen and get worse.

If you want a taste of what I mean download A common law hand book For Jurors, Sheriffs, Bailiffs and Justices Second Edition, Revised November 4, 2016 Researched & Prepared by:Unified United States Common Law Grand Jury; a/k/a Sureties of the Peace https://www.nationallibertyalliance.org/files/docs/foundingdocs/Common%20Law%20Handbook.pdf and see how the law is put forth using American Jurisprudence.
