Many people do not want to take the responsibility of protecting themselves into their own hands.

Not even confrontation with neighbors. Call the cops for that.

So many want a perfect world where the cops show up instantly and en-bubble (capture without hurting the buglers' body or spirit) so that they can feel no guilt about what they did.

To fix this, i think every teenager should be required to kill and cook a chicken.
So many don't even know where their food comes from or what it takes to bring it to the table.
