Busted in Trump's Casino Underage

When I was 18 I was playing a 2/5 NL cash game at the Tropicana underage. They let me buy chips without carding and I played until security came to my table. I was backroomed with cops and went through a big hassle. They took all the money I had at the table and I had to pay a fine. I think the burden of all this should be on the casino for not carding me in the first place at the cage. What do you think?
