They Live We Sleep - A 10 Day Poker Adventure - Day 01: Starting!

Have you ever wondered what you could do with €140? Well besides investing in cryptos you could take a shot on the Autumn Poker Festival (online), hosted by the Ipoker network. Running from today and 10 days total

Let me show you what this is all about!

There is a tournament series running from sep 29th till oct the 8th. And as far as I can tell, there will be running 4 main tournaments every day, totalling 40 main tournaments.

The exciting part in my case however is the satellites for the tournaments. Satellites are a smaller buyin sub-tournament, feeding the bigger main tournaments.

It looks like there will be plenty of low buyin satellites tournaments to participate in, for every day in the tournament series. In this way a low budget player can come a long way, and if you enjoy playing cards, like I do, even the worst case scenario will be quite acceptable. -€140 in 10 days, nets a loss of €14 a day for hours of playing.

I will use Steemit to document how it goes and of course in all secrecy collect the "run good", obtained from writing about poker here on Steemit, to win the main event :)

I will keep this interesting for others by making a pre- and a post update everyday, before and after playing. Hopefully there will be some hands worthy of sharing every day as well - Both while playing and afterwards, depending on the circumstances.

I will do a list of the satellites in the pre-game post (blog) and update it when something of interest happens e.g. big hands, final tables, bust outs.

This poker festival will be a perfect endurance tester as there will be many hours of concentration, where I need to keep my focus, without playing for much money in particular. Hopefully by documenting how it goes day by day, I can keep the motivation up a little extra! So please feel free to join in with any questions if you have some :)

I am not sure what strategy I will implement when it comes to the useage of won tickets. Either I can try focus on playing the lower buyin tournaments, with a few shots a the bigger ones. Or I can try qualify for the bigger buyins - such as the main event. Not really sure - Don't really care at this moment :)! The first bullet is just about to be fired!
