Bad beats will mess with you. Unless you get a top hand it's best to take a few hands off to collect yourself. Otherwise you start chasing the chips you just lost and good decision making goes out the window. There's a few regulars in the SPL who often fall into this trap. They become easy pickings. It has happened to me before.
