Is Pokemon GO history?
Do you guys still play Pokemon GO? Last year, this was the most played game, being the number 1 on both Google Play and AppStore. Basically, it was more than just a game. It was a phenomenon, which gathered people from all across the globe. People were getting out of their houses, metting with their friends just to play Pokemon GO, to catch their favourite pocket monsters.
But what about now? I have to say that in my town, there is quiet. Nobody plays anymore. I remember when there were lures in at least 2 places across the town. And now...nothing. Not even a lure. It's a little bit sad in my opinion that such a great game became such a non-important app.
I thought that the addition of Generation 2 will make a lot of people to re-download Pokemon Go from Google Play/ App Store, but it seems this is not the case. What is the situation in your area? Do any of your friends or even you play this?
It was fun while it lasted, but it's only hype was the fact it tried to bring back the memories, but was rather short lived.
