FROM SLUMBER TO WRATH
Mary Jane hides
her true face of sorrow
tucked away, inside
like a turtle in it's shell
Mary Jane feels
dark colors of the rainbow
shooting up through her
like an arrow toward the moon
building a tower
of fiery emotions
where Mary Jane can tend
to the pain in her soul
Mary Jane's masks
help hide her true fire
from waking her anger
from slumber to wrath
