Eyes wide open as I read your lips
wondering when can I say worlds like birds that chips
I can't hear you nor talk to you, Oh! the mood just shifts
can someone tell me I am a special gift?

My words are different from yours
try to understand me, please open some doors
I may not utter your words
yet I am just like you, I sing those chords.

talk to me, I promise I'll respond
stop laughing, I know you don't understand
here I am, a mute that words can't define
growing and keeping myself shine.
