Thanks Simon, this poem was inspired by a middle aged women i had met only once, she was a working class women, someone we would not normally take notice of, but in just a single moment i saw a depth within her eyes that sparkled for just a fleeting moment and then it was gone.
its beautiful and sad also in a way
