Trouble may not last all day
The time is running so fast
Yet things are moving slow
The light about tomorrow so dim
Yet, I kept hearing a whisper
There are better days ahead
There is hope for tomorrow
The fear of the unknown exists
What an eventful present
Some say its destiny
Some people say it's fate
Wishing the hands of the clock be drawn back
Many laugh abound
The road is rough
I have the conviction
Close to the end of the tunnel
Bright light awaits.

It feels good to post after few days off.

Wow, what a lovely poem with powerful message ! The language was so simple and easy to comprehend with the use of poetic devices which convey the message of the poem to be more meaningful such as repetition and the rhythm. Nice write up. Love it
