Poem | Tones of Black & Blue...
The sun isn’t that bright,
The sky isn’t that blue,
The sea loses its might,
When my eyes don’t see you.
The World claims to know,
But they don’t have a clue.
How shadows cover colours,
In dark tones of black and blue.
And I wish they did,
I truly wish the knew...
So I could share this pain,
In tones of black and blue.
Yet with you I go red...
Far away from black and blue,
As you hold me in your bed,
And make my dreams come true.
