Greetings From the Void- a sort-of freeform original poem
Greetings, my friends
Do you miss me?
I assume not.
What we’ve come to, ends
And now i can see
That our memories rot
I am here, watching from the void
You are there, living in the world
Not thinking nor hearts sinking
Any thoughts of me shrinking
In the realm of murkiness
you cannot see me
But i can see you
And now i finally see
That you don’t really care
For me
Salutations from nothingness
Do you think of me?
You haven’t even observed
My absence is absoluteness
You all live on in glee
While i float in loneliness deserved
I can see you from this place
The world keeps spinning
Without me there is no difference
I make no impact in your
Realm of light and friends
I belong in the void
Where nobody cares
Except the darkness
That is my toxic comfort
Unlike you
Greetings from the void
I know now that you never cared
So i silently say goodbye
Because you won’t notice
That i’m gone
