Grown up nursery rhyme

Cinderella's ball went flat
Prince Charming, he got old and fat
Works day-shift at the laundromat
And lives on pumpkin pie
Cinderella sweep the floors
And all the other household chores
And Contemplates no-fault divorce
Because fairytales are lies

Across the street is Peter Pan
He's stuck in never never land
And Pinocchio became a man
At snowwhite's house last night
The mocking bird refused to sing
He put away such childish things
Who knows what the stork will bring
Before he take his flight

Hansel he got sick of greltle
Decided that he wouldn't Settle
It costs too much for precious metal
No need to propose
Spent his life with the wicked witch
Thinking that he'd strike It rich
And can't remember which was which
The orchid or the rose
