I want to be the whiskey on your breath when the cheap stuff couldn’t get you off
Because I am a hard case to crack
But I will love you with everything I got
It is not enough to venture just once
So could we get it on one more time?
I want to swallow you down like vodka
Getting stone cold drunk in the cover of the night
I want to be the only one who makes you feel like a man
Can’t you give me what it takes to bring me to life?
Because whenever you would put your hand on me it felt nice
Or is this just a reaction to being alone for so long?
It has been six going on seven years now and I am barely getting by
And you can call it desperation
You can call it what you like
But moving too fast was a stupid emotion
And kissing you again and again would have eventually made me feel high
But now you have connected with someone else
I guess it is only fair
At least now I have a muse
I have not felt this electric in years!
