RE: The Valley of Kings - An Alliterative Poem
This poem has a dream-like quality. I really like the way that it transports me back in time.
Great gardens grow,
green-bright, blue, and red,
by a murmuring river meandering,
its melody simple and soft,
slowly singing among them
of sweetness and of love.
I love the sibilance in this verse @whoshim. It gives me the impression of the cadence of water so well. Then following on with the transition to desert heat. Really nice.
Thanks a lot! That part in particular @geekorner pushed me to improve.
