I Am.

I am not a fresh rain bath;
I am rain after rain
Falling from overlapping tree roofs.

I am a half eaten cake,
A lipstick mark on a coffee mug,
A forgotten tissue with scribbling.

I am tangled earphones,
A yellowing novel,
An unclicked photograph.

I am a rehearsal of a play.
I am everything
