Abduction
Let the wind take me
in the middle of the night
Let my bones sing
like the tempest twisting through the trees
No
there is no wolf at your door
only the wind
twice as wild
and howling twice as loud
under this moon
Let the wind take you
blow through the tendrils of your mane
as you become as wild as whirlwind
whisking you in to rapture
and in the morning
an empty bed
and all the golden glittering clarity
of anything but
sun
shining through a sheet of dust
Interesting, a natural life, but, is a beautiful :) thank you
I think this is the best one of your pieces I've seen. Simple, elegant, powerful: and I actually like the lack of punctuation here. It usually bothers me but works perfectly for this piece.
love it
Powerful and insightful and elegant!

A GREAT POEM WITH VERY POWERFUL MEANING
LOTS MORE TO COME FROM YOU
Nice poem.
I am just loving it.
Each morning is born out from the night. Maybe, just maybe, with "golden glittering clarity" morning is only refined night? Smoothly upvoting and resteeming ;) .
Poetry 😍 ♥
Amazing, love the analogy. And the passion.
Good poem, using the metaphors as a principle and making allusions to the story of Little Red Riding Hood, when saying No, there is no wolf at your door!
