It amazes me
That you are amazed by me

On my worst days, I see you seeing me
And saying things like
“You got this, take your time, fall apart.
I still love all
the pieces of your heart.”

Strange, how I feel the same
About you, that you do about me
And find it hard to see anything in you
But light

If only we could see ourselves
As the ones who love us do!
