Bashing heads,
Smashing them against the wall,
Washing the town with blood,
Sending chills down the spines of innocent ones,
Making them run away, screaming frantically.
The sight of blood seems to motivate them,
The cries of babies make them happy,
The screams of lads and lasses give them joy,
In killing and making people sad, their satisfaction lies.
I don't really know why,
But they seem so comfortable rendering people homeless,
And separating loved ones from each other,
They feel so okay with sending promising lives to early graves.
Right now, the place is a blood bath,
Thanks to these people we are yet to know,
Chaos, crisis, disorderliness and fear is the order of the day,
As we sleep, to God we commit our souls,
Afraid of what the pregnant night will give birth to.

Sad poem. But unfortunately this is the world we live in...
It's really sad...people who are supposed to be their brother's keepers are those who betray them and end up sacrificing them on the altar of greed and self centeredness.
