Soulmate

When we were small and in the playschool, we called them a playmate.

Then we grew bigger and in high school, we called them classmate.

At college, we called them batch mate.

At the workplace, we called them colleagues.

Then somewhere in our life we met a mate referred to a single person

We cared for this person more than any of the mates we had in our life.

Probably, we spent most of our time with them.

When all our friends have left us, he stays by our side.

When no one seems to understand him, we pretend that we did.

And at the altar, people called us- “meant for each other”.

This soulmate replaced all the previous mates.

He became our playmate, roommate, and mood mate.

And he worked with us in the family management and on bringing up our children

When we grew older and when our energy strains he became our walk mate

He is one best mate we will have for all our life

And for a slight mistake, he can always get mad

Mad and be mad again

So, be careful in finding your soul mate

All because you have to be with him all through your life.

And care for him and love him with your heart and soul.
