Stfu tea is also good to drink when talking about experiences of others, but isnt necessarily always harmful. Its called advocacy. You can do it in a harmful way but a lot of times it requires a fight and stfu tea isnt gonna help those ppl that you thought you were speaking up for. But thats how i see it.
