Not as it seems, But as it is
Meeting life in its entirety
Without filters or narratives
Yet what we see is but our reflection
We become enamoured by the ones who extoll
We chastise the ones who reveal a darker side
Yet we see nothing but our reflection
A clearer mirror
Guarantees not a better reflection
To expect so, clouds it once again
A clear mirror holds no value in perceptions
It is clear for its acceptance of life in its entirety
Reflecting back as it is
A view of life in its entirety
To finally see not, Another
But ONEself in All
Maybe missing the mark, but this thought came to mind while reading:
I am bits and pieces of life.
I like that, and think that is the only way many looks at their lives. I personally add a cape also.
