Equinox is right around the corner, and a full moon makes it all the more powerful. This is such a lovely time to be still and listen, plant seeds of all kinds, let gratitude overflow, and invite your spirit to dance!

I’ve been walking in the sunshine each day with my kids, getting some much-needed time outside. There’s still snow, up here in the mountains, but it’s melting, and there are signs of Spring everywhere.

I always come alive with nature, growing into the season, slowly shrugging off Winter’s slow, cold rest. I think many of us do this—if you’re at all in tune with the natural world, it’s hard to resist the delight of Spring’s awakening.
