A Poem That Speaks On Today's Feelings On World Events
There is no doubt that the world needs a lot of love, or is it that the people in the world need to spread the love ?

I try to live by the phrase peace, love, and happiness, and though at times it is hard to keep calm at all times, but it is something that takes commitment everyday and dedication to want to better yourself and get rid of all the negative thoughts and feelings within yourself.
All across the globe people are suffering. Not one part of the world is all rainbows and sunshine. If we want change it has to start with us spreading sprinkles of love and compassion.
I hope you all enjoy the poem as much as I did. The poem is called "Under a dying sun" written by AaHarvey
Under a dying sun
We are a dying people, on a dying world;
We are constantly dying and all we have left is hope.
Under a dying sun, the clouds of doubt are formed
And we head into an unknown future, afraid and alone.
Without doubt we need faith, to journey on for,
Behind us is a memory of all that which came before.
We are a God fearing people; some say it is a Godless world.
With God at our side, anything is possible.
The stars have always been with us
And they will be there long after we have gone.
When you are lost in the darkness, you will find what you need.
When the world has been emptied and all nature is lost;
We will realise this land we call our home is only borrowed,
So let us be free of apathy.

The world is empty without love
Nothing can work without love
Most of us don't have what we called love
To understand love understand God
For God is love and his identity
In a dying world like this
Love is the anchor to win
An anchor in the storm of life
God help us to love in a dying world

First of all i would like to tell you that i am a new addition to this beautiful world #steemit and this is my #first ever comment on your post.
In your blog you discussed the humanity through a beautiful poem Under a dying Sun by AaHarvey
Undoubtedly this poem is emphasizing our routine and telling us what we as human beings are doing to our fellows. We are cursing each others, we are fighting with other fellows just for the sake of temporary benefits.
There is a very deep meaning line in this poem like
If we have faith in GOD then He is always with us. If we fear from Him and pray to Him then He shall you us the right path and we will move on right track.
Stars and darkness are two metaphors used in the poem and depicting two basic debates of
1- HOPE
2- MISERY
After every pain and misery there shall be peace and reward you will get; this message is given in this poem.
A wonderful piece of art you shared and made my day with this beautiful poem.

I find many people who believe in God tend to reiterate "God loves you, God forgives you, God is in control," -- etc. etc.. I find these same people clueless on how to properly communicate these principles in the time when they are most needed: when we are in darkness.
It's easy to say all of this when everything is peachy. It's hardest to say and accept it when we are struggling immensely...the times when we need it the most.
"With God at our side anything is possible," -- indeed. The prideful deception of our hearts lead us astray when we convince ourselves He is not.
