THE SOUL'S PONDERING (An Original Poetry ➕ Analysis, Notes & Literary Appreciations 📝)

Take me to silent waters,
Where the gushing of the meadow,
and the rustling of rotten palm tree,
makes love to the nakedness of my feet
it listen, the air is tingling,
like a fluttering butterfly, the cascade of springs,
flowing through the a place where the soul's pondering is quickened
The soul ponders,
the heart is in tempest,
the sea monsters are ready to dine
but like petered out waves walks on the sea
the joy of dying superseded,
the beauty of steping on sinking water,
My groans echoes in decibels unimaginable,
the beauty of the sea,
has become a monster keeping me on shore
The soul ponders,
the mountain's peak is tainted in clouds,
misty fogs and slippery coolness,
but the air is like Eden's apples 🍎
it's like looking down the beauty of kingdoms
the closeness to the sun
and hearing the overwhelming voice of the Creator,
gradually engulfing you like the salty seas
a ghastly flame sweetly burning away
The soul ponders,
the beast of the abyss
is gingerly waiting within,
Within the softness of your courage,
lies a pretty desire to wither,
the thoughts of darkness are speeches unspoken.
dwelling comfortable is your fears,
you paint pictures of falling endlessly,
the miry quagmires where heart are splatterd
on rocks and skulls are smashed like jelly bean.
POETIC NOTES & ANALYSIS
The mind is a place that entertains thoughts of thousand of ideas unfiltered and unsieved and processed through the heart and sunk into man's dominion to act accordingly to the nature of his environment.
Some ponderings seems to come from the sense of fear, the sense of guilt, and most importantly the sense of uncertainties. These states determine the turnout of the minds thoughts.
The poem however paints two contrasting thoughts in the mind of man, the first was ushered in as a result of his dwellings in the beauty of nature and the second was ushered in as a result of fear and uncertainties.
The first spoke about how nature calms his resolve and make him very calm and at rest while the other one is seeing the harms that nature can cause, like dangerous fishes in dangerous waters, drowning if man attempts to walk on the sea like Peter in the bible story, of course using allusion here to allay fears.
The various stanzas portrays the fact that man can love what they hate and hate what they love accordingly as well as they are creatures of dominion, exercising their sovereignty over their environment as well as housing thoughts of all types.

Thank you so much Nathan I'm so glad you dropped by and read 😁😁
You’re welcome!
The thoughts flowing through the heart of man every hour is just amazing. You know it's funny how you can be doing your devotion in the morning and then you catch your mind wandering around, taking note of various things to do.
You're certainly right you know? The man is like a universe of creations that is limitless, sovereign to give birth to various kinds of thoughts that can't even be fathomed, that's why I wrote the piece Jummy, I'm so glad you like it 😁😁😁
I'm glad too 😄
Sincerely, our minds are bombarded with so much, as diverse thoughts troop in (and out) like waters that flow from fountain top.
