Forget falling in love--I'd rather walk in it.
Think about it for a minute:
Would you rather run, rush, hurry,
Or enjoy every tender minute?

If we take our time,
There's less reason to worry.
We'll be much stronger
If we take a little longer
To get to that sweeter point.

Just because we're joint
Doesn't mean
We need to spend every moment
In between
Together.

We both need time
To glean our minds
Of an old habit.

So, just because we see that light,
That star,
Doesn't mean we have to reach out
And grab it.

Not yet.
For now,
Let's enjoy the journey.
There's no hurry
To get where we're going.

We'll love better,
If we keep growing.
